Yay! Sold Two More Scarves!

The last two scarves I had at The Arts Center in Corvallis sold!  This one, a 4 way reversible wrap made of soft merino wool, baby camel, silk, and yak;

When a fiber is called “baby” it doesn’t mean the fiber is from a baby animal.  The term baby is used to describe the softness.

Wall hanging ready for felting

Ready for Felting
After one false start, having a layout of some darker colors on the white background for about a week and looking at it every day, I finally took all the colors off and begin again. I am so much happier with this new arrangement. I love it!

The theme is water/ocean. I used several photos for inspiration and for color. I did not attempt to do anything realistic but just hopefully capture the essence.

There’s a bit of sky at the top with some gray clouds and fluffy white. I’ll post the final product after it’s been felted.
