December 8 was a snowy morning. It was freezing for the first time this year in the valley and the snow was sticking. The ground was icy and the trees even formed a little icicles on the branches throughout the day. It was exciting for my kids, who grew up in Florida, to be outside a bit here and there, catching snowflakes.
Work on Cheryl’s studio stopped for the day. It was just too cold and wet. That’s OK, she came in and made that beautiful scarf instead.
